We need better business owners
Everywhere you go now you’ll see something about “following your dreams” and finally starting your own company. This comes from workplaces that treat their team as disposable, give them little ability to improve themselves or their work and overall leave them with a lack of fulfillment.
Instead of asking businesses to be better, we’ve been telling workers they should become business owners. Thus perpetuating the problem.
This blog is dedicated to the journey of creating a business that has exceptional financial results, provides good jobs and has a positive impact on customers, team and the world.

What is the purpose of this blog?
I want to elevate the conversation around attracting, retaining and elevating team members.
I’ve read, implemented and regretted taking a lot of advice over the past 10 years. I want to use this experience to figure out what actually works.
If you get a group of business owners together that have teams, it generally becomes a bit of a therapy session.
I believe that our teams can elevate us, our businesses and bring themselves prosperity. The problems is that we’re using outdated models.
Here, we share experience and thoughts to create the better way of growing a team.
about me
I’ve got the mind of a marketing expert, the heart of a tech enthusiast, and the knack for systematic thinking, all bundled up together. It’s like I’ve discovered this magical recipe to blend marketing finesse, technical know-how, and a methodical approach, to scale businesses with ease.
Team is what allows me to do more of what I want. Anyone can tell you this is the secret to leverage but getting, retaining and mentoring a team is more difficult now than ever. I am fascinated by this problem.
