The promise of growing a team sounds great.
“I don’t have enough time to do _______”
Hire !
“I haven’t been able to do _____”
Hire!
“I am doing so well!”
Hire!
Yet, the reality is not nearly as simple.
First you have to find the right people.
Then you need to train them on what you want them to do.
Then you need to hold them accountable for their work.
Then you need to retain them and keep doing step 2 & 3.
This process is over simplified in most books. So much so that I’ve spent 6 years in trial and error with it. NOW, I finally can see the results. There is work to be done and refining. Overall, I know I am onto something and I want to take you on that journey with me.
